Bishop Harris is an anointed man of God that has a passionate desire to do what God has destined for him.  This God ordained leader, has ministers in a practical and realistic way that all who hear can understand the truth of God’s Word and how it relates in this modern day.  He was born in Petersburg, Virginia to the late Roland L. and Mildred E. Lewis.  He was licensed to preach under the leadership of Bishop Mary P. Co-Pastor Harris is an anointed Woman of God who is very serious
about her relationship with the Lord.  She loves to witness the transforming  power of God in the lives of the people. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Nishman N. Huffman, Sr. and Pleasie M. Carroll, both of whom went home to be with the Lord in 2003. In 1990, Lady Harris was invited to visit Cathedral UHCOL#2 and her life has never been the same.  She was licensed as a Missionary (1993) and an Evangelist (1999).  She received an Associate Degree
in Christian Studies from The Sure Foundation Bible Institute in October 2005.  On January 22, 2005, she was licensed and ordained as Elder. Lady Harris was installed as Co-Pastor of Cathedral #2 in October 2007 {now Cathedral Deliverance Ministries} under the leadership of her God given Pastor, Bishop William L. Blackwell Sr., DD.

Elder Davis is a Blessed woman of God, who was born to the late John and Cornelia Howard in Cranks Creek, Kentucky. Her mother being a praying woman led to Sister Phylis giving her heart to the Lord in the parking lot of a grocery store one Sunday morning in the summer of 1983.  That day she made a vow to God that if he spared her life and take the taste of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, she would never use them again.  That was early in the summer of 1983, over twenty years ago and she has been on the battlefield for her Lord every since.  The call to teach God’s word came shortly thereafter.  She joined church under the leadership of Pastor Lawrence Taylor for a year and then   Sister Phylis became a member of Cathedral #2 in 1985.  She became a faithful member to her new leader Bishop W. L. Blackwell, Sr., and others whom Bishop placed in leadership over the years.  Sister Phylis was first licensed as a Missionary and then an Evangelist in August, 1993.  She has served wherever needed from the pulpit to the door. In August 2000, Evangelist Davis was licensed and ordained as an Elder and served as First Administrative Assistant.  In, January 2005, Bishop Blackwell passed the Cathedral #2 ministry torch to Elder Vincent Harris.  Pastor Harris installed Elder Davis as Assistant Pastor in 2007.  She is a faithful servant who has pressed her way through sickness and pain to get into the house of God.  This awesome woman of God is an example of perseverance to everyone around her.  She is a loving wife to John, mother to Sherrie, Michael, Cassandra, Antinita, Luther, Antoine, John, Jr. and Anthony; grandmother, great-grandmother and a spiritual mother to many.

Our hearts are both saddened and filled with joy as the Lord called our jewel home to be with Him on Saturday, March 8th. She fought the good fight of faith, she stayed the course and completed her earthy purpose.  WE will always keep you in our hearts, just as you kept us!  We will always LOVE you DEARLY!!
